Card-On-File:
To simplify and speed up checkout, we encourage patients to keep a credit card on file. While you will no longer receive printed statements from our office, you will still receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider after your claim is processed, outlining charges and payments.
During Check-In, We Will:
- Scan your selected credit card, FSA, or HSA card
- Notify you by email of any balance remaining after insurance payment
- Apply the remaining balance to your card on file
- Send you an email receipt for the processed charge
Your credit card details are securely stored off-site and never kept on our computers, in full compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
